Ninos is one amazing cook ! It is no wonder , since his mother was the best cook anyone ever met . His mother was lovingly known by all as “Nonna “ and her love for the kitchen was so contagious, she turned me who I hated it before I met her , i to someone that now loves the kitchen and nurturing. She also taught me how to wear my apron . Nonna was a high couture seamstress in Italy and as a busy mom I wising her kids , she had sewing as a her side gig and worked and had a bakery . She was very particular about the way an apron had to fit and proportions . And she taught me , ever so slightly when I noticed she tucked away aprons I gifted her in the drawer . She did not like pockets “They ruin the fit and they add weight to your waistline”…For that reason they are authentically designed with history in mind .
